BINAMED® is a recognized and registered manufacturer of medical devices.

In its silver textiles, silver yarn is knitted using an EU-patented process and is positioned 100% on the side of the fabric that faces the skin.

Despite the high amount of silver used, BINAMED® medical silver textiles remain soft and lightweight.

This is made possible by ultra-soft micromodal fibers derived from locally sourced cellulose.

The material efficiently and quickly transports moisture away from the body, allowing even weeping atopic dermatitis lesions to heal gently.

The product range of BINAMED® silver textiles is largely seamless, which helps prevent further skin irritation.

In the newly developed soft scratch-protection product line—without silver yarn—an extra-fine micromodal yarn is used instead.

The products fit closely to the body and are also largely seam-free.
