BINAMED® is a recognised, registered medical product manufacturer.

In its silver textiles, silver yarn is knitted according to an EU-patented process, which lies 100% on the side of the textile facing the skin.

Despite the high amount of silver used, the medical silver textiles from BINAMED® are soft and fluffy.

This is guaranteed by the ultra-soft micro-modal fibres made of locally-sourced cellulose.

It is able to transport moisture quickly and efficiently away from the body. This allows even oozing neurodermitis wounds to heal gently.

The article group of BINAMED® silver textiles is largely seamless, which prevents further skin irritation.

In the newly-developed soft, scratch protection article group – without silver yarn – an extra-fine micro modal yarn is used.

The products fit snugly and are also largely made without seams.

The extensive textile know-how is applied in particular when it comes to scratch prevention.
