Cost reimbursement / Certificate

Prescription procedure for BINAMED® silver textiles

1. Have your doctor issue a medical appliance prescription 

2. Fill out the preprinted doctor's certificate  (also stating the required products) and have it signed by the doctor.

3. Send both forms to Binamed Moll GmbH:

After we receive your request, we will prepare a cost estimate for you. The cost estimate will be sent to you via email along with your assistive device prescription and medical certificate, which we have scanned. You can then submit these documents to your health insurance company.

We offer Binamed silver textiles, which are a registered medical product. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the costs will be covered, as this is decided individually by statutory health insurance companies.

Of course, you can also purchase the goods immediately, and if the insurance approval is positive, the respective costs will be reimbursed by the health insurance company.
